When Exposed to Sun

  • Apply sunscreen 15 minutes before going outside.
  • Reapply sunscreen every two hours or after swimming/sweating.
  • Wear sunglasses to protect the delicate skin around the eyes.
  • Stay hydrated to keep skin healthy and moisturized.
  • Check for any redness, burns, or unusual skin changes.
