Mick
CEO and Co-Founder

Mick has diverse range of talents and accomplishments and a great interest in coding, AI and innovation. He has a significant interest in cancer prevention. Not only is he an enthusiastic chess player, but he has also dedicated time to learning the piano and engaging in various volunteer activities. He has volunteered at The United Way and with the Special Olympics assisting those with special needs to play the sports of their choice. He is also the cofounder of Beyond Boundaries Soccer where he helps individuals with disabilities learn the sport of soccer. Mick’s artistic side shines through his involvement in painting, pottery, and even Model United Nations. His interest in sustainability led him to cofound Green Teen Generation where he has been a forerunner in many environmental initiatives aimed at encouraging youth to save our planet and tackle the climate crisis. When it comes to academics, Mick’s mathematical prowess is truly outstanding. He has achieved remarkable success in prestigious competitions, such as the Math Kangaroo Competition where he placed 11th nationally in the USA. His exceptional performance in the Math Olympiad earned him the esteemed George Lenchner Award for achieving a perfect score. Mick’s dedication to mathematics is further highlighted by his multiple gold trophies and pins for his outstanding achievements in the National Honor Roll and Sigma Math Competition. Mick has won many athletic awards including 6 gold championship winner soccer medals and 2 silver championship finalist soccer medals. In tennis, he has taken formal lessons for 9 years, and over the last couple years, he has participated in competitive tournaments, receiving many accolades including 7 gold trophies in the Longfellow singles tennis tournaments. Mick is also an avid and talented basketball player for a top team two years in a row.
Dylan
CEO and Co-Founder

Dylan has been enthusiastic about science and innovation from a young age and a strong passion for cancer prevention. He is also a member of both the chess club and math club at school, showcasing his diverse interests and talents. Dylan has been a regular attendee at Camp Manitou, where he has excelled in various sports activities. He has been a participant in the model UN. He has even had the opportunity to take part in a cyber security camp and coding in the past, expanding his knowledge in that area. Dylan has volunteered at The United Way and he engages with disabled children through sports activities at the Special Olympics. Additionally, he has served as an umpire and volunteer at the Harvard Sports Complex, providing assistance to disabled tennis players. As the cofounder of Beyond Boundaries Soccer, Dylan assist those with physical and psychological disabilities the opportunity to reap the benefits of soccer. As the cofounder of Green Teen Generation, he has planted over 1000 trees and participated in other initiatives in an effort to encourage other youth to save the environment. Dylan has earned multiple math awards, including two silver math Olympiad pins and three math high honor rolls. Furthermore, he received the esteemed George Lenchner award for achieving a perfect score in the Math Olympiad. He has also been recognized with a national honorable ribbon for his performance in the Math Olympiad and has earned two Olympiad Math badges. Dylan is an amazing soccer goalie and has won many soccer awards including a soccer plaque, a soccer championship trophy, 8 gold championship winner soccer medals, one silver finalist medal for second place in a national soccer tournament and one national scorer championship winner medal. Dylan has also participated in competitive tennis tournaments for the last five years having won 5 tennis trophies. More recently, he developed an interest in squash and has taken many formal lessons with a professionally trained coach. He also plays basketball for a top team.
Aric

Aric has a keen interest in science, coding, innovation and cancer prevention. Additionally he is an incredibly talented soccer player who discovered his love for the sport at the tender age of three. With his amazing skills, he has led countless games to victory with his winning goals. He has participated in piano lessons for years and is an avid chess player. Beyond his personal achievements, Aric is the cofounder of Green Teen Generation motivating youth globally to be agent of social and climate change change. Starting from sixth grade, he has been a devoted helper for individuals with disabilities, enabling them to participate in and enjoy various sports. This led to Aric founding Beyond Boundaries Soccer where he encourages those with disabilities to play the sport of soccer. Additionally, Aric volunteers for the United Way, further demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact on his community. Aric’s passion for learning extends beyond sports and music. He has earned two ribbons for his performances in the Math Olympiad, and he actively participates in Russian math. In his pursuit of knowledge, he has also delved into the realms of pottery, painting, and coding. Furthermore, Aric has honed his competitive spirit by participating invarious sports at Camp Manitou over the years. Aric has won many awards in soccer including a soccer plaque, 6 soccer gold championship winner medals and 2 silver medals. Aric is also a very talented tennis player having won many competitions with 7 gold trophies in the Longfellow singles tennis tournaments and more recently 2 trophies the Marcus Lewis Tennis Tournaments summer 2023. He has now also started to learn squash with formal lessons once – twice a week. Aric also enjoys basketball and played on the top Community Ed teams in his town all winter for two years in a row
Dr. Rajinder Atwal

Dr. Rajinder Atwal is a medical director and CEO of a busy medical facility, an entrepreneur and a CEO of three non-profit medical organizations. She is the founder and CEO of Women STEM Mentorship. With a passion for bridging the gender gap in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, she has spearheaded this organization to provide invaluable mentorship and guidance to young women pursuing their dreams in these disciplines. Through strategic partnerships, personalized mentorship programs, and engaging events, Women STEM Mentorship is driving positive change, fostering diversity, and shaping a more inclusive future in the world of STEM. She is breaking barriers, shattering glass ceilings, and cultivating a community where women thrive and excel in their STEM aspirations.
As a family physician, she opened a family practice and walk in clinic in 2003 which has since provided ongoing care to over 130000 patients mainly immigrants, refugees and those from marginalized communities. She is a leader, mentor and preceptor for students through the Canadian Association for Medical Education.
Dr. Atwal was the founder CEO of Covid 24-7 Canada which is 24 hr virtual nonprofit service provided by physicians, infectious disease specialists, emergency physicians and Covid researchers. She also helped to recruit patients into clinical trials for new Covid medications through the University Health Network.
She was the founder and CEO of Covid Kids Canada which provided free mental health services to kids dealing with issues of the Covid pandemic such as anxiety, difficulty with online school, isolation and family conflict.
She leads by example, inspires and motivates students daily in her office through medical education and her love of learning. As an educational ;eader andpreceptor, she aspires to make a valuable and real contribution in the lives of students. She is also an examiner for the Canadian College of Family Physicians.
Dr. Atwal was a clinical supervisor for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and was a physician supervisor for Remicade Clinical Infusion trials Remicade clinical infusion trials are used to treat inflammation associated with Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis and
